This is the complete essence of an Argentinian Asado: a cultural dining tradition handed down from generation to generation.<br \/>\nThe Argentinian Asado represents a national identity and a unique culture with its own customs and rituals, and we\u00b4d like to invite you to become part of this experience by creating and enjoying an Argentinian Asado. It is organized into small intimate groups (smaller than 10 people), where you will be guided through the cooking and social traditions of the Argentinian Asado.<br \/>\nWe also offer the option to head off to visit the local butcher, baker, and wine merchant, and buy the ingredients just like the locals would go about organizing their own Argentinian Asado. You will also be getting a walking tour of the very hip and trendy neighborhood of Palermo Viejo and enjoying some street art along the way.<br \/>\nCHILDREN UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">OPERATING DAYS: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY<br \/>\nDEPARTURE TIME: 10:30 AM AT THE ASADO (TOUR + ASADO) OR 1 PM (ONLY ASADO)<br \/>\nDURATION: 4 TO 5 HOURS (TOUR + ASADO) AND 2 HOURS (ONLY ASADO)<br \/>\nHIGHLIGHTS: Learn how to make an Argentinean Asado from our maestro parrillero (master chef). Try different cuts of meat and learn about them. Find out how the success of Fernet, the popular drink, is linked to Italian immigration. Learn the social customs of drinking and sharing Mate<br \/>\nLANGUAGES: English and Spanish<br \/>\nINCLUDES: Typical appetizer &#8211; Fernet &#8211; Salads &#8211; Achuras (opening salvo of meat before the main course) &#8211; Wine, beer and water &#8211; Main course (meat) &#8211; Traditional dessert<br \/>\nOPTIONAL WITH EXTRA CHARGE: Transfer to the Asado &#8211; Palermo Tour + visit to get the different ingredients<br \/>\nADDITIONAL INFO: Kids from 6 to 10 are charged 50%. We do not charge for children under 6. The tour will be cancelled due to heavy rainstorm<br \/>\nCANCELLATION POLICY: Modifications and cancellations up to 8 days in advance of the scheduled departure are allowed without any extra fee. For cancellations and modifications between 5 and 7 days before the scheduled departure, there is a 50 % fee.
