LA RUTA DEL ESPUMANTE

This tour proposes to know the history of the elaboration of the sparkling wines and their different techniques touring 3 important establishments.

BODEGA CRUZAT Only for the production of premium sparkling wines, made using the traditional method or “champenoise” (second fermentation in the bottle). Founded in 2004 by a group of Chilean entrepreneurs and the Engineer Agronomist and Winemaker Pedro F. Rosell. This boutique winery opens its doors to the most curious: bottles with yeast, desks, degüelle machine and the area of ??manual labeling. BODEGA DANTE ROBINO is a family winery with more than 90 years of experience dedicated to the production of medium and high-end wines. It owns one of the main champagneras of Argentina and is the second exporter of sparkling wines of the country. He elaborates them with Charmat and Champenoise methods.

BODEGA LAGARDE is a family winery producing high-end wines. Through its wines it transmits the harmonic balance between the past and innovation. It has a champagne with capacity for 10,000 bottles of high-end sparkling wine. Produces 3 lines of sparkling wines with Charmat and Champenoise methods. Lagarde will offer us lunch in the Restaurant Entre Fuegos, a menu with option of: two, three or five steps, maried with sparkling wine.

SABOREANDO CHACHINGO

Private trips from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In this excursion we will visit the productive area of ??Maipú called Chachingo. Chachingo is about 30 kilometers from the capital city, between the left bank of the Mendoza river and the city of Chachingo, which is located on the hill of Chachingo. It is the phrase used by any Mendoza to refer to a very distant place. Street Videla Aranda, between the districts of Rodeo del Medio and Cruz de Piedra, where we will be able to observe numerous farms and some weekend houses .In the morning we will visit LAUR Founded in 1906, Laur was a pioneer in the implantation of olive groves in the province Of Mendoza as well as in the elaboration of olive oil.We will know the secrets of elaboration, its history and we will taste its products: olive oil and balsamic aceto.

Later we will visit QUALTAYE who elaborate fine flavored cheese of type fynbo and Sardinian. Their owners will show us the process of manufacture without preservatives and we will taste their cheeses.

Finally we will visit CASA EL ENEMIGO by the hand of Alejandro Vigil, current and famous oenologist of the winery Catena Zapata. Now with his personal project, he shows us his land and wine cellar “El Enemigo”, which has received multiple awards. We will have lunch tasting their wines. Close to 16:00 hs. We will be back in the city of Mendoza.

Tour Cultural de la ciudad con 2 museos

Cataratas Argentinas

Departure from the hotel to visit the Argentine side of the Iguazú Falls, located within the Iguazú National Park, with an area of ??67,000 hectares; One of the first protected areas of America. In this section of Sub-Tropical Jungle it is possible to observe during our walk the great variety of ferns, orchids, begonias, birds and butterflies; As well as the diversity of native species that this park hosts.
We go to the “Central Station” where our option is to take a train service that takes us to “Cataratas Station” and / or “Garganta del Diablo Station”.
Another way to access the Circuits of Cataratas (Upper and Lower Paseo) is through the “Sendero Verde” Pedestrian Path, 600 meters long, which starts at the Visitor Service Center and ends at Cataratas Station. From this point we can perform the:

Upper Circuit: A walk of 800 meters of footbridges, which are raised above the surface of the land in order not to hinder or drive away the passage of the fauna that inhabits our Forest. In this circuit, water falls from the top of the Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabe Mendez, M’Bigua jumps, among others.
Duration of the walk one (1) hour.
Range of difficulty: low, no stairs.
Lower circuit: Walk of 1,600 meters of footbridge, elevated above the surface of the terrain, having a view from the feet of the jumps Dos Hermanas, Alvar Nuñez, San Martin, Bosetti, the Peñón de la Bella Vista (from where we have a view Panoramic view of Devil’s Gorge and the Canyon of the Lower Iguazu River). A unique experience of being and feeling an integral part of the natural environment, living and feeling the magnitude of the cataracts from close up.

From this Circuit, we have the option of visiting San Martin Island from where departs/arrives Great Aventure tour.
Devil’s Gorge: Departing from Cataratas Station, the train will take us to Garganta Station, in a time of approx. 18 minutes. The walk through the catwalks demands about 1,200 meters to delight us with the spectacular balcony of the most important jump of the Falls, the Devil’s Throat. The time required for this ride is two (2) hours. Range of difficulty: low, no stairs.
