EXCURSION VUELTA AL LAGO LLANQUIHUE Y VOLCAN OSORNO

We start our trip visiting the Llanquihue city, famous for its sausages, and it is where Maullin River begins, and this area is part of the ancient Route of Settlers. We will continue along the Llanquihue Lake to the Frutillar city. This city is a beautiful village that recalls the old Bavaria, from there were the rst settlers who arrived to this area. The city started in 1856 as a boarding pier, soon appeared tanneries, mills, breweries, etc. We will walk around its beautiful old houses of German style, admiring the gardens and incomparable views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes. As an option, passengers can go to the German Colonial Museum which portrays the life of the settlers, and at the lake shore, observe the Teatro del Lago (Lake Theatre) here each year is presented the famous Frutillar Musical Week, this is a Summer Festival, presents classic music from Chile and abroad that oer each year, approximately 40 concerts. From here we will go to Puerto Octay city, also located by the north shore of the lake, with a strong German inuence it was the most important gateway to the agricultural products to Osorno city. We will see the ancient streets and the Main Square. We continue visiting “Villa la Cascada” located at the base of the Osorno volcano, surrounded by natives trees and a beach of ne sand, when we get to Ensenada, we start to ascend to the ski center and Osorno Volcano Mountain, located at 1.240 meters altitude.There we will stay about an hour, will be time for sightseeing, take pictures, and appreciate a unique view to the summit of the volcano with glaciers of eternal snow, the Calbuco volcano, Llanquihe Lake and the Pacic Ocean. As an option passengers can take a cup of coee or a sandwich at the coee shop of the place or take the lift to ascend to 1450 meters altitude in the Primavera Station (Spring) or 1750 meters at Glaciar Station (Glacier) where there is a wonderful and breathtaking views of Llanquihue Lake.

NORTH CIRCUIT – 2 DAYS / 1 NIGHT

Day 1: The trip departs early in the morning following tracks of the famous Train of the Clouds through the colorful Quebrada del Toro spectacular scenic beauty where we see the mutation of nature as we climb up to over 4,000 m.s.n.m. Then we continue trip to Santa Rosa de Tastil to visit the pre-Inca ruins of Tastil where we will walk about half an hour and then continue trip to San Antonio de Los Cobres ( 3,776 m). After lunch in San Antonio de los Cobres , we take the ex National Route 40 to the north and after about an hour reach Salinas Grandes in Jujuy province where we visit the salar . Then we descend the impressive Cuesta de Lipan , reaching the maximum height of the trip: 4,170 meters to lead to Purmamarca,  town of legends and singers, that has a church dedicated to Santa Rosa de Lima dating from 1648. The village has been built Purmamarca the foot of the internationally known “Hill of Seven Colors”.

Day 2: The tour continues visiting Tilcara where the Pucara (ancient Indian fortress), now rebuilt, is a clear demonstration of the splendor of its ancient inhabitants, the Tilcara. To the north, after passing through Huacalera and the Tropic of Capricorn, we reach Uquía, that in his Church treasures one of the most important collections of the famous “Angels Arcabuceros” emblematic examples Cuzco painting. The city of Humahuaca, heart of the Gorge, awaits the visitor full of natural attractions, history and culture. The latter highlights the Monument to the Heroes of Independence and articulated image of San Francisco Solano, which makes its appearance every afternoon in the central square to bless the people. The tour ends in Salta.

Paseo de Luna Llena en Parque Nacional Iguazú (ARGENTINA)

A unique show in the world that is worth living. In any of the four seasons and from dusk until well into the night, the moon surprises with its color change as it reaches its fullness. Phenomenon that is repeated monthly, the Full Moon is awaited with great expectation by lovers of the beautiful spectacles of nature.
The walk starts on the platform of Central Station to embark on the Ecological Train of the Jungle to the Garganta del Diablo. The moon accompanies the journey through the jungle bathing all around, and making the waters of the Upper Iguazú River shine like small silver drops. The steps on the walkways to the biggest fall of our Park are heard between so much silence and so much peace, as accompanying the current calm on the dark rocks. The fascination of the nocturnal walk on the visitors is fully justified, since the scenes recorded during the walk are at least curious: there are those who seek to get the most out of the moon bath by indulging in the practice of meditation, others renew there His commitments of love and it is not necessary who shed some tears of significant emotion when appreciating from a totally different perspective the waterfall of Devil’s Throat on the nights of full moon. Sendero Macuco (PARQUE NACIONAL IGUAZÚ – ARGENTINA)

La Gran Aventura (Parque Nacional – ARGENTINA)

This walk offers an exciting adventure inside the Iguazú National Park and in the waters of the Lower Iguazú River. It is divided in 2 parts: navigation in the semi-rigid that make the approach to the feet of the jumps San Martin, Bosetti, Three Musketeers and Canyon of the Throat of the Devil and the navigation downstream by the rapids of the river, arriving at Puerto Macuco ( 3 km from the Falls) and on the other hand, to travel through 8 km through the missionary forest, performing the interpretation of flora and fauna of the region next to the specialized guides.
It is an excursion to Live and Feel the Falls.
Tour Duration 1 hour 20 min.
You can start this tour by first making the navigation and then the route through the jungle or vice versa.
Regular departures every hour and a half from the Central Station of the Jungle Explorer Company or from the jetty in front of San Martin Island.

ADVENTURA NAUTICA (National Park – ARGENTINA)
In powerful boats we will break into the Canyon of the Lower Iguazú River and bordering San Martín Island we will reach the foot of the Three Musketeers Salto, from where you will be able to see the Brazilian, Argentine and the Devil’s Throat jumps.
To end the walk, you will have the unforgettable baptism at the foot of the San Martin, the largest waterfall that a boat can face. This walk begins and ends at the pier located in front of San Martin Island.

ECOLOGICAL RIDE (National Park – ARGENTINA)
From the Garganta del Diablo station and by means of rafts to rowing, we offer you a silent, relaxed and very illustrative navigation experience through the islands of the Upper Iguazú River.
Along this 2,5 km descent you can connect with the rich flora and fauna that distinguishes this riverside environment. Local experts will put your trained eye to your service to discover the secrets of the jungle beyond the runways.
This peaceful walk ends in Tres Marías port. From there, walking, you can return to the Cataratas Station, beginning of the traditional circuits or way back to the Central Station.
