Experiencia Asado Tradicional Argentino
The Asado (BBQ) is a time when families and friends throughout Argentina get together to share and experience the great food they created, based on meat. This is the complete essence of an Argentinian Asado: a cultural dining tradition handed down from generation to generation.
The Argentinian Asado represents a national identity and a unique culture with its own customs and rituals, and we´d like to invite you to become part of this experience by creating and enjoying an Argentinian Asado. It is organized into small intimate groups (smaller than 10 people), where you will be guided through the cooking and social traditions of the Argentinian Asado.
We also offer the option to head off to visit the local butcher, baker, and wine merchant, and buy the ingredients just like the locals would go about organizing their own Argentinian Asado.
