Cooking Class and Wine Sensory Analysis

We will try wines whose quality we will appreciate subjecting it to our senses : sight, taste , smell and touch. It is meet and compare , as well as describe and prosecute.

We arrived at the place of our visit, Bodega Familia Zuccardi , Altus Winery in Valle de Uco, or Postales del Plata in Mendoza , there will participate in a class of Introduction to Sensory Analysis of Wines , guided by a specialist.

 

Then we head to a local restaurant , where we will participate in the cooking class , and we develop our own course guided by a true gourmet . The chef will teach participants a couple of hours crafting some of the regional cuisine and each person will have a place to work and all necessary materials.

In this beautiful setting, enjoy the prepared menu, accompanied by house wines . At the end we take the pleasure to have met some of the secrets of Argentinian wine and cuisine.
